Sherece L. Regenor
Chairwoman | Principal Owner
Sherece L. Regenor is the Chairwoman and Principal Owner of West Exec Partners LLC. She brings expertise in blockchain technology and has consulted on its application in both commercial and humanitarian contexts. Her work includes advising on issues impacting women and children affected by war, particularly the challenges of access to education, trauma recovery, and protection from violence in conflict zones.
She is passionate about leveraging innovation to create secure, resilient pathways for vulnerable populations.
James Allen Regenor, Col, USAF (ret)
Advisor
James Allen Regenor is an advisor at West Exec Partners LLC, with a distinguished record of service at the highest levels of government and national defense. He served as Deputy Executive Secretary for the National Security Council at the White House (2006–2009), where he advised senior leaders during two presidential administrations on the nation’s most pressing security and policy challenges.
Following his White House tenure, Colonel Regenor (USAF, ret.) served as the J5 for Joint Functional Component Command for Integrated Missile Defense (JFCC IMD), where he led the development of global missile defense strategies, coordinated Shot Doctrine and Phase Strategies (Boost, Midcourse, Terminal), and helped shape the integrated kill chain across U.S. and allied defense architectures.
He is the Founder and CEO of VeriTX Corp, a national security technology company focused on quantum-resilient data assurance, additive manufacturing, and space-based innovation. Under his leadership, VeriTX has secured nine patents and delivered advanced dual-use capabilities to government and commercial sectors, including post-quantum cybersecurity and secure digital logistics.
A graduate of the Eisenhower School at National Defense University with a Master’s in National Security and Resource Strategy, Col Regenor also commanded the Air Force’s largest logistics group during the height of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. From Naval Station Rota, Spain, he led operations across 15 locations in 11 countries, delivering more than 570,000 short tons of cargo annually in support of global combat operations.
A command pilot with over 4,600 flight hours, Regenor now advises defense leaders and technology innovators through West Exec Partners, helping them develop winning strategies for next-generation missile defense programs like the Golden Dome, and secure their position in the future of integrated deterrence.
